FAQ
Questions we hear most.

Working with us
Can you file tax returns on our behalf?
We prepare returns, schedules and workpapers. Final review, signature and filing are done by your licensed professional — a CPA or Enrolled Agent in the US, a chartered accountant or agent in the UK, or a registered tax/BAS agent in Australia. This keeps responsibility and client relationships with you.
How do you handle time-zone differences?
India's time zone works in your favour: work handed over at the end of your day is completed overnight. Our shifts overlap with UK and Australian business hours and with part of the US day, and we schedule calls at a time that suits you.
What does a pilot run include?
We complete one representative piece of work — typically a month of bookkeeping for one client or entity — so you can judge accuracy, communication and turnaround before committing. Scope and terms are agreed up front.
Which software do you work in?
QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, Sage, MYOB, NetSuite, Zoho Books, FreshBooks and FreeAgent, plus Dext, Hubdoc, Bill.com and the major payroll and tax packages. If you use something else, we'll learn it.
How do we communicate day to day?
Through whatever you already use — email, Slack, Microsoft Teams or your practice-management software — with a weekly status update and a named point of contact.
Security & confidentiality
How do you keep our data secure?
We sign an NDA before receiving anything, work inside your cloud systems wherever possible, use multi-factor authentication and role-based access, and run locked-down workstations. We're happy to complete your security questionnaire during onboarding.
Will our clients know we outsource?
Only if you tell them. We work under your brand and never contact your clients unless you ask us to. Some jurisdictions require client consent for offshore processing — for example, IRS Section 7216 rules for US tax return information — and we'll help you put that in place.
Pricing & billing
How much does it cost?
It depends on your volumes, entities and turnaround needs. Contact us and we'll send a written quote after a short call.
How do we pay?
We invoice monthly in USD, GBP, AUD or CAD and accept international bank transfer and common online payment platforms.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Engagements run month to month, and dedicated accountant plans need 30 days' notice to scale up or down.
